FIN: Gold hits session lows after U.S. payrolls data
LONDON, Feb 3 (Reuters) - Gold prices hit session lows at $1,750.84 an ounce on Friday after data showed U.S. non-farm payrolls rose by more than expected last month, causing a brief jump in the dollar versus a basket of other currencies.
Spot gold was down 0.4 percent at $1,752.95 an ounce at 1339 GMT, having earlier risen to an 11-month high at $1,762.90 an ounce.
