MW: Oil analyst: Oil prices won't set new record highs
Oil futures may be taking a short break today from their steady march forward - but they haven't reached their ceiling yet. But one analyst thinks they WON'T go beyond the high watermarks set four years ago. As for gas prices, Tom Kloza, the chief oil analyst with the Oil Price Information Service, says there is more room to the upside.
