LONDON (Dow Jones)--The cost of borrowing dollars, sterling, and euros for three months in the London interbank market all fell Monday.
Data from the British Bankers' Association showed the three-month dollar London Interbank Offered Rate, or Libor, was fixed at 0.47455%, down from 0.47575% Friday.
The spread between the three-month dollar Libor and overnight index swaps, a barometer of market stress, widened to 36.5 basis points from 36.3 basis points.
Sterling borrowing costs for three months fell to 1.04588% from 1.04744%, while the euro rate fell to 0.85143% from 0.86114% Friday.
