NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Energy stocks traded about flat on Monday, after big gains in the previous session. Among components of the S&P 500 from the energy sector, Devon Energy DVN +1.63% moved up by 1.5% and Marathon Petroleum Corp. MPC +1.47% rose 1.3%. On the down side, First Solar FSLR -1.24% fell 1.4% and Rowan Cos. Inc. RDC -1.92% fell 1.7%.
