By Polya Lesova NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Treasury yields remained lower Tuesday after data showed that U.S. home prices dropped in January to the lowest level since early 2003. Yields on 10-year notes 10_YEAR -0.98% , which move inversely to prices, fell 2 basis points to 2.234%, little changed from where they were trading before the data release.
