RTTN:Dollar Steady Ahead Of U.S. Housing Starts And Building Permits Data
(RTTNews) - The U.S. housing starts and building permits data is slated to be released at 8:30 am ET. Economists estimate housing starts for March to come in at 700,000 each, while building permits are expected to have declined to 713,000.
The Us dollar held steady against its major opponents ahead of the data. As of 8:25 am ET, the greenback was trading at 1.3135 against the euro, 0.9150 against the Swiss franc, 1.5952 against the pound and 80.65 against the yen.
