RTTN:Pound Trades At 2-day Low Against Euro And Swiss Franc
(RTTNews) - The pound extended previous session's downtrend against the currencies of Europe and Switzerland in early European deals on Thursday.
The sterling is presently trading at a 2-day low of 0.8131 against the euro and 1.4781 against the Swiss franc with 0.8145 and 1.4760, respectively seen as the next likely support levels.
The pound pared its early Asian session's gains against the yen, trading as low as 122.36 around 3:10 am ET. Against the dollar, the UK currency fell to a session's low of 1.5432 around the same time.
