WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) - President Barack Obama will make a statement on the economy Friday morning, the White House announced. Obama will urge Congress to pass his ideas to strengthen the labor market. Obama will also talk about the European debt crisis, "which continues to pose headwinds" to the recovery, the statement said. The president plans to deliver his remarks at 10:15 Eastern.
