The spread between the three-month dollar Libor and overnight index swaps, a barometer of market stress, widened to 30.3 basis points from 30.0 basis points.
Sterling borrowing costs for three months eased to 0.80775% from 0.82338%, while the euro rate fell to 0.34464% from 0.35464% Tuesday.
