WSJ:Three-Month Dollar Libor Rises; Sterling, Euro Libors Fall

The cost of borrowing dollars for three months in the London interbank market rose Tuesday, while the corresponding euro and sterling rates declined.
Data from the British Bankers' Association showed the three-month dollar London Interbank Offered Rate, or Libor, increased to 0.43650% from 0.43450% Monday.
The spread between Libor and the overnight index swaps, a barometer of market stress, widened to 29.7 basis points from 29.15 basis points Monday.
The euro rate dropped to 0.21464% from 0.21821%, while the sterling rate slid to 0.70625% from 0.70900%.
