NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- U.S. stock-index futures turned mildly higher Wednesday after the government revised higher its estimate of second-quarter economic growth, to 1.7%. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average DJU2 +0.02% climbed 10 points to 13,096. Those for the S&P 500 index SPU2 +0.05% gained 1.4 point to 1,409.20. Futures for the Nasdaq 100 NDU2 +0.08% were up 4.25 points at 2,785.
