WSJ:Key Dollar And Euro Borrowing Rates Fall, Sterling Unchanged

The cost of borrowing dollars and euros for three months in the London interbank market fell Thursday, while the corresponding sterling rate remained unchanged.
Data from the British Bankers' Association showed the three-month dollar London Interbank Offered Rate, or Libor, fell to 0.40835% from 0.40985% Wednesday.
The spread between the three-month dollar Libor and overnight index swaps - a barometer of market stress - fell slightly to 28.03 basis points from 28.3 basis points Wednesday.
The euro rate fell to 0.16500% from 0.16643%, while the sterling rate remained unchanged at 0.67688%.
