MW:U.S. stock futures hold gains after ECB decision

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- U.S. stock-index futures held Thursday gains after the European Central Bank left its key interest rate unchanged at 0.75%. ECB President Mario Draghi holds a news conference at 8:30 a.m. Eastern, with the market looking for him to detail the central bank's plan for addressing the regional debt crisis. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average DJU2 +0.46% were up 60 points at 13,110. Those for the S&P 500 SPU2 +0.57% added 7.3 points to 1,410.8. Nasdaq 100 futures NDU2 +0.49% gained 14.25 points to 2,781.75.
