NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- U.S. stock-index futures added to Wednesday's limited rise after the ADP private-sector employment report came in slightly better than consensus estimates. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average DJZ2 -0.01% were up 18 points at 13,429. Those for the S&P 500 SPZ2 +0.15% gained 2.3 points to 1,443.20. Futures for the Nasdaq 100 NDZ2 +0.13% climbed 8.75 points to 2,804.
