NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- U.S. stock futures held their gains on Tuesday, showing little reaction to data showing a 0.6% rise in consumer prices in September. Futures on the Dow Jones Industrial Average DJZ2 +0.43% rose 60 points to 13,419 and those on the S&P 500 SPZ2 +0.47% gained 7 points to 1,442.5. Nasdaq 100 futures NDZ2 +0.59% advanced 15.25 points to 2,746.5.
