NEW YORK, Jan. 4 (UPI) -- Crude oil prices slipped but held above $92 per barrel Friday morning in New York.
West Texas Intermediate crude oil shed 40 cents to $92.52 per barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Home heating oil for February dropped 2.27 cents to $3.0024 a gallon. Reformulated blendstock gasoline lost 3.32 cents to $2.7645 a gallon.
Natural gas prices added 0.5 cents to $3.248 per million British thermal units.
At the pump, AAA reported the national average price for regular unleaded gasoline rose to $3.295 per gallon from Thursday's $3.292.
