WSJ:China Confirms December Oil Data; Crude Imports up 8.0% |

BEIJING--China's December crude-oil imports totaled 23.67 million metric tons, the General Administration of Customs said Monday.
That is equivalent to 5.6 million barrels a day, up 8.0% from a year earlier.
China's full-year crude imports rose to 271.02 million tons in 2012, up 6.8% from 2011, customs data confirmed.
China didn't import a significant amount of gasoline in December.
December diesel imports fell 55.0% to 109,625 tons while diesel exports surged 498.5% to 362,400 tons, the data showed.
Kerosene imports rose 13.2% to 757,485 tons while fuel oil imports were down 0.4% at 2.66 million tons.
