HONG KONG, March 1 (Xinhua) -- The gold price in Hong Kong moved down 150 HK dollars to close at 14,698 HK dollars per tael on Friday, according to the Chinese Gold and Silver Exchange Society.
The price is equivalent to 1,590.95 U.S. dollars a troy ounce, down 16.02 U.S. dollars at the latest exchange rate of one U.S. dollar against 7.755 HK dollars.
