NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Treasurys swung between slight gains and losses on Friday as the Cypriot government worked to come up with a plan by Monday to secure its 10 billion euro bailout package. "Undoubtedly, there will also be painful aspects in any decision taken, but the country must be saved," Christos Stylianides, a government spokesman, said on Friday. Yields on the benchmark 10-year U.S. Treasury note 10_YEAR +0.05% were steady at 1.92%. Yields move inversely to prices.
