NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Treasurys were little changed on Tuesday ahead of a $32 billion sale of 3-year notes 3_YEAR -2.33% at 1 p.m. Eastern time. No major data are scheduled for release. Yields on the benchmark 10-year U.S. Treasury note 10_YEAR -0.46% were steady at 1.75%. Yields move inversely to prices.
