MW: Treasurys weaken on Fed minutes release

By MarketWatch
NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Treasurys fell further Wednesday after the Federal Open Market Committee released minutes from its March meeting. The report, made public several hours early, showed widespread disagreement over when to slow its quantitative easing policies. The 10-year 1_YEAR 0.00% yield was at 1.78%, up 3 basis points from the previous day. It had traded at 1.76% before the minutes were released. The 30-year 30_YEAR +1.36% yield was at 2.98%, up 4 basis points. Treasurys have been falling this week, reversing some of last week's gains, which were boosted by the Bank of Japan's announcement of easing measures and a disappointing U.S. jobs report.
