MY:India crude oil basket price declines 1.3% to USD 103.54 a barrel
The international crude oil price of Indian basket declined 1.27% to USD 103.54 a barrel on Nov. 7, 2013. This was lower than the price of USD 104.87 a barrel which prevailed on the previous trading day of Nov. 6, 2013.
In rupee terms, the crude oil price decreased to Rs 6,478.50 a barrel on Nov. 7, 2013 as compared to Rs 6,493.55 a barrel on Nov. 6, 2013. This was due to fall in price dollar terms, though rupee depreciation wiped out of a part the gains from fall in price in dollar terms. Rupee
