MY:India crude oil basket price rises 0.9% to USD 107.07 a barrel
The international crude oil price of Indian basket went up 0.90% to USD 107.07 a barrel (bbl) on Nov. 21, 2013. This was higher than the price of USD 106.12/bbl which prevailed on the previous trading day of Nov. 20, 2013.
This was due to increase in price in dollar terms and rupee depreciation. Rupee-dollar exchange rate on Nov. 21, 2013 closed weaker at to Rs 62.89/USD against Rs 62.56/bbl on previous trading day of Nov. 20, 2013.
