Indian rupee went down on Tuesday against US dollar. Rupee went down by 1 paise or 0.02% against US dollar to settle at 62.51 compared to previous close of 62.50. It touched a high of 62.28 and low of 62.53 after opening at 62.45.
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Tuesday fixed reference rate of rupee for US dollar at 62.4470 compared with 62.5770 on Monday.
