MY:India crude oil basket price increase marginally to USD 109.7/bbl
The international crude oil price of Indian Basket marginally went up 0.20% to USD 109.68 a barrel (bbl) on Nov. 28, 2013. This was higher than the price of USD 109.46/bbl which prevailed on the previous trading day of Nov. 27, 2013.
In rupee terms also, the crude oil price increased marginally to Rs 6,842.94 a bbl on Nov. 28, 2013 as compared to Rs 6,825.93 /bbl on Nov. 27, 2013. This was due to increase in price in dollar terms and rupee depreciation.
Rupee-dollar exchange rate on Nov. 28, 2013 was Rs 62.39/USD against Rs 62.36/bbl on previous trading day of Nov. 27, 2013.
