WSJ:Key Dollar, Sterling Borrowing Rates Fall, Euro Rates Unchanged

The cost of borrowing dollars and sterling for three months in the London interbank market fell Wednesday, while the cost of borrowing euros was unchanged.
Data from the IntercontinentalExchange Group (ICE) showed the three-month dollar London Interbank Offered Rate, known as Libor fell to 0.23330% from 0.23360% seen Tuesday.
The cost of borrowing sterling fell to 0.52100% from 0.52344%, while the cost of borrowing euros was unchanged from Tuesday at 0.26143%.
