The U.S. dollar continued its early decline against other major currencies in European deals on Tuesday.
The greenback declined to 0.8728 against the franc, a level not seen since March 19.
The greenback slipped to near a 2-month low of 1.3944 against the euro, near 3-year low of 0.8777 against the kiwi and near a 4-week low of 1.0921 against the loonie.
The greenback fell to 1.6980 against the pound for the first time since August 2009.
Pulling away from an early high of 102.20 versus the yen, the greenback depreciated to a 3-week low of 101.70.
The greenback resumed its early losses against the aussie, reaching near a 2-week low of 0.9353.
The greenback is likely to face support around 0.86 against the franc, 1.40 against the euro, 1.706 versus the pound, 100.00 against the yen, 0.94 against the aussie, 0.88 against the kiwi and 1.086 against the loonie.
