NI:Global crude oil price of Indian basket declines to $ 105.36/bbl
The international crude oil price of the Indian basket, as computed today by the Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC) under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, went down to $ 105.36 per barrel (bbl) on 06.05.2014.
This was lower than the price of $ 106.02 per bbl on the previous publishing day of 05.05.2014, an official press release said here.
In rupee terms, the price of the Indian basket decreased marginally to Rs 6342.67 per bbl on 06.05.2014 as compared to Rs 6366.50 per bbl on 05.05.2014.
The rupee closed weaker at Rs 60.20 per US$ on 06.05.2014 as against Rs 60.05 per US$ on 05.05.2014, it added.
