CANBERA (Alliance News) - The Japanese yen came off from its early highs against its major rivals in Europe on Tuesday.
The yen slipped to 120.11 against the greenback, 126.94 against the euro and 175.86 against the pound, off early 1-week high of 119.54, near 2-year high of 126.08 and a 5-1/2-month high of 174.87, respectively.
The yen retreated from early near 2-week highs of 90.46 against the aussie and 89.01 against the kiwi, and fell to 90.92 and 89.42, respectively.
The Japanese currency also inched down to 122.82 against the franc and 95.42 against the loonie, from early highs of 122.25 and 94.88, respectively.
