LSE: Dollar Mixed Ahead Of ISM Non-manufacturing Composite Index
BRUSSELS (Alliance News) - The Institute for Supply Management is due to release its non-manufacturing index for August at 10 am ET Tuesday. Economists expect the index to slip to 55 from 55.5 in July.
Ahead of the data, the greenback showed mixed trading against the other major currencies. While the greenback declined against the pound and the franc, it held steady against the euro and the yen.
The greenback was worth 1.1161 against the euro, 103.32 against the yen, 1.3362 against the pound and 0.9794 against the franc as of 9:55 am ET.
