The euro traded at $1.2894, up from $1.2746 late Friday in New York. Other dollar rates: —99.42 Japanese yen, up from 98.11 —1.1734 Swiss francs, down from 1.1774 —1.1676 Canadian dollars, down from 1.1878 The British pound was quoted at $1.5787, up from $1.5701. Gold traded in London at $751.75 per troy ounce, up from $735.25 late Friday.
